At first (this morning), I thought it might just be me, but I was getting strange responses from ChatGPT that were completely unrelated to my prompts.
Has anyone else had this experience?
A moment ago, I asked ChatGPT to provide me with a video transcript summary of the Kash Patel interview on the Shawn Ryan podcast and I got a weather forecast for my area. I tried several times to make sure it wasn't just a fluke.
ChatGPT's response to all my questions about this request/prompt were inane.
If I need to repost on Chat, please let me know.
Mine came back normally...
This has been seen several times when they were updating the training database- the LLM is disconnected from it’s main database, and so all it can do is a recent-term/’fresh’ scan of the internet for relevant info, and base its response off of that. It’s basically naive without the main database, and hugely biased toward recent news and geographic cues.
And what’s always recent and geographically relevant? A weather forecast...
Basically it means they’re doing something behind the scenes and while they’re doing so, the model ‘goes stupid’ [okay,
stupid-er] for awhile.
(I guess this would also apply to a hacking situation, but we’ll see. If it clears up within a day or so it’s probably just an update).
You don’t need to be a weatherman....
If you get time, see if it will give you a formatted version of the transcript of the first 30 minutes or so of this interview: Kash Patel/Shawn Ryan.
I don't think machines get mad, but you never know. It might have an issue with me personally. I can be a real pest;-)
Thank you. That makes a lot of sense.
I had no such experience. I didn’t get a transcript but I got a summary.
In episode #128 of the Shawn Ryan Show, Kash Patel, a former senior government official with extensive experience in national security and intelligence, discusses several critical issues:
FBI Surveillance on Americans: Patel examines the FBI’s surveillance practices, expressing concerns about potential overreach and the implications for civil liberties.
Russiagate Investigation: He provides insights into the investigation of alleged Russian interference in U.S. elections, highlighting perceived flaws and biases in the process.
Handling of Classified Documents: Patel contrasts the treatment of classified documents by different administrations, focusing on President Biden’s handling and the associated legal and ethical considerations.
Throughout the interview, Patel emphasizes the importance of transparency and accountability within government institutions to maintain public trust.
That’s because Kash is Q and he is the storm!
"OMG! Google just crashed!!!"And of course, the ever-popular "Are you logged in?""Ummm, check your WiFi connection."
That said, of course ChatGPT could well be hallucinating. Again. AI does that.
Thx for all your help.
Actually, that occurred to me. The FBI might be behind it. ;-)
Good info. Will try that before I proceed.
If it predicted stormy weather for Peter Strzok maybe it’s really okay
I think ChatGPT is just a bunch on India’s tech support that type really fast..... you can fool it often.
I’m getting something similar. I asked my usual warm-up question “What is the meaning of life” and got “Turn on. Tune in. And drop out”. So what am I turning on . . the weatherband radio? Tune in to what? The Emergency Broadcast System” ? And I have NO idea what to drop out of unless it’s those AA meetings which I’ve already been skipping. Good call there though.
Kash Patel means “what is the weather” in Sanskrit.
Haha. That would explain it.
Kash Patel - Donald Trump’s FBI Director Nominee | SRS #128 (video and transcript summary with time marks)Thx for all you help! Hope this is an accurate summary and not just a sneaky weather summary with time toggles.
