Just across the border from Washington state.

This is Vancouver Island. In the rest of BC, ya might get your ticket punched for something like this.

“ Then there’s British Columbia. That’s where they keep the crazys. “

Last time I was in Saanich it was a liberal sinkhole.

Inclusion is good, I believe in inclusion and celebrate it with joy. My inclusion includes a baseball bat placed with force to his family jewels if he is in my grand daughters changing room exposing his jewels to those little girls.

But in Canada I would get arrested and prosecuted. In Texas, with the exception of Austin, I would get jury nullification. I love my Texas and my governor Abbott. My attorney general Ken Paxton is okay also.

Classic example of jury nullification was in Baton Rouge, Louisiana a few decades ago. A karate instructor kidnapped a young boy and took him out of state and had his way with him. When he was caught, I think in Massachusetts, he was flown back to Baton Rouge. The boys father was waiting in the Airport. As the pervert walked past he shot him dead in front of the cops and television cameras. He then dropped his weapon and surrendered to the cops.

He went to trial and pleaded innocent due to insanity. The man was totally sane. The jury knew it, the prosecutor knew it, and his defense knew he was 100% sane. The jury went out to deliberate and quickly came back with an innocent verdict due to insanity. Sometimes jury nullification is good as in this case. Sometimes it is bad as was with O.J. Simpson trial. Everybody on both those trials knew exactly what happened.

I felt sorry for both prosecutors taking this to trial as they are duty bound to do and knew they would lose. OJs trial was a miscarriage of justice. That trial in Baton Rouge was a miscarriage of justice but a moral decision by the jury.

Oddly I wish he had not of killed the man. He would have been sentenced to Angola, probably the worst prison in the USA. He would have lived in fear each waking moment, he would have been abused in many ways and finally his life would have ended with a shiv in his heart. Those Cons do not like child molesters. Too the Cons a child molester is the lowest of the low.
