My suggestion to complete ALL of the recipes:
Cheese can be in vegetarian dishes.
I think it’s vegans who don’t eat any dairy.
That being said, while some of those dishes listed sound really good and I would certainly eat them, I also like a good steak (medium rare), or roast chicken or a thick cut pork chop..
