Mom lived to within three months of 100. She ate none of that. Meat, potatoes, gravy, desserts, etc. Dad died at 86.
Some on that list look pretty good to me, though. Chicken Parmesan alla Vodka!
But I’m suspicious of anything “plant based” pretending to be meat. Ditto for anything with tofu. Not doin’ it.
Yeah, I don't know why that's so controversial. I like chicken caesar during the summer months, too.
On the other hand, NY strips, salmon - grilled or broiled, Friday night pizza...it's good to have variety.
