Now Alex has nothing to lose and can say whatever he wants.

Jones was right about just about everything, some weak Conservatives might not see it that way but he has been accurate over time.
To: RandFan
The private auction was being held as part of Jones’ personal bankruptcy, which resulted from the nearly $1.5 billion in defamation lawsuit judgments a judge and jurors ordered the bombastic internet show and radio host to pay to families of victims of the 2012 Sandy Hook Elementary School shooting for repeatedly telling his audience that the Connecticut massacre of 20 children and six adults was a hoax staged by crisis actors. Judge and Jury needs to go to prison for this abuse of authority.

I read that those who bid had to sign an NDA. So the auction process is all secret and can be rigged to make sure that a certain entity buys it. Just like the secret ballots in the Senate.

This was important as the first use of the technique of "sue them into poverty for hurting my feelings"
Since then it's been used on Rudy Gulliany, Donald Trunp.(the liable suite following the bogus rape case), and Fox News - who paid rather than have the old mans emsils published four v all to read.
It's now an established lawfare tactic.

The NYTimes is reporting that The Onion Says It Has Bought Infowars, Alex Jones’s Site, Out of Bankruptcy. The satirical news site planned to turn Infowars into a parody of itself, mocking “weird internet personalities” who peddle conspiracy theories and health supplements.

Still broadcasting, on radio and on X, if anyone wants to hear the other side of the story.
