If it was Humper Biden, he’d pay with tax payer money and leave his crack pipe.

Hertz, proudly leading the way in alienating their customers and ruining their brand.
And they might even have you arrested for car theft after you properly returned your rental vehicle.

What will those scamps think of next?
Unlimited internet is also not Unlimited
Sheesh.... How does one do 25,000 miles in one month? For a 30 day month, that’s 833 miles a day. At an average of 60 mph, that’s 13.9 hours of driving....

You really believe this crap?
Which part don’t you believe?
Get a good attorney and sue
“Which part don’t you believe?”
Not part. ALL
How are they still even inn business?
I looked at all the different articles, none gave a location, but in the videos, both sound like they are from thE U.S.
You don't believe poor customer service happens?
“Get a good attorney and sue”
Amazing how people are so easily fooled! Used to have to pay for this crap at the grocery store checkout counter.
Now it is hand delivered free of charge.
I was concerned when a family members car was at the dealer for 14 months awaiting parts . He had. Bumper to bumper extended factory warranty . He also had unlimited mileage on a loaner while awaiting parts . He put almost 70,000 miles as he drives a long commute to work every day on a provided for leased vehicle during the 14 months.
He was not charged one dime. The lease agent was aware of the mileage as they contacted him to arrange oil changes etc
I rented a Hertz car in New Mexico last year in Albuquerque. It was a “dealer special” which means I do not know what car I will get but it was at a really good price. I showed up and the manager said, “I was supposed to give you an EV, but I will not do that to you.” I said “EVs are a piece of S—t.” He said, “yes they are a piece of S—t.” I thanked him, he was a good guy. He obviously had much problems with EVs.
But now that they have apologized it is all better.
Honestly Hertz has got have an entire department dedicated to coming up with new ways to make people hate them. That is the only explanation.
Yeah. This report is BS. Doesn’t pass the semm test.
Sure, this could be an elaborate hoax. It happens. But I did a quick before posting (as I usually do). I think it’s legitimate. Major news sites like MSN have covered the story.
And there is no doubt that Hertz has been calling the police on renters who have already returned their cars. Plus Hertz has been slapping empty gas tank fees on people who have rented EVs.
Hertz has a messed up reputation. Too much careless behavior. That makes stories like this one more believable.
