The reporters got this all wrong. It's Halloween and all of those juveniles were simply dressed as spooks and were there to scare people. It was all just childish fun.

My Grandparents on my father’s side lived on a quiet street in Collingswood. I never asked my father if he grew up there, but I suspect so. My childhood and teen year visits were to a pleasant community with friendly kids in the neighborhood.

My last visit there was for Nana’s funeral, back in the late 80s, I think. It was still nice.
