Would not surprise me, but I think it more likely they will simply arrest Trump and fly him to Guantanamo. Then have a blue state Trump wins send an alternate delegation to vote for Kamala. Trump is Hitler and a Putin commie stooge of North Korea (odd combo that) and will need to be stopped by the deep state which of course will have all the evidence but cannot release it because it is an ongoing investigation and Trump is a flight risk so Guantanamo.

If Kamala for WHATEVER reason decides to not certify, the electors must return to the state until that (those) state legislatures convene to confirm (certify) them as legitimately elected OR appoint new ones.

As long as our side controls the House and Senate we’ll be Ok. The senate looks like at least 55, and the House i see at about 240. After Jan 20, we can put AG Kash Patel to work arresting folks, including Garland, Smith, Comey, and a bunch or other criminals. This goes down to all the FBI agents involved in harassing, terrifying, and arresting citizens. Anyone know about any federal prisons in Alaska where these folks can have time to “cool” their heels while they wait for trial -make them feel what the bogus charged political prisoners of Jan 6 went through?

Any Federal judge can swear in Trump after 11:59 AM on 1/20/25, presuming the public counting of the votes gives him >270 OR, if the election has been sent to the House because of a tie or rejection of enough Electoral votes that no one has >270, that he has been elected by the House.

(2) Powers explicitly denied.-The President of the Senate shall have no power to solely determine, accept, reject, or otherwise adjudicate or resolve disputes over the proper certificate of ascertainment of appointment of electors, the validity of electors, or the votes of electors.
