Yes it is BS. There hasn’t been a trial yet. Nobody gave any testimony except maybe to a grand jury.
I think it is a civil case. I think there are a number of cases that have been filed. I don’t think this is the criminal case against P. Diddy or whatever his name is.

As far as I know, Combs has been denied bail and is in jail in Brooklyn, and any trial is months in the future.
When this trial happens, you can read about it in the New York Times or hear about it on PBS, you won’t need a crackpot on YouTube to tell you about it.
