This outrageous retaliation by the insane Colorado Secretary of State - a woman who’s absurd “insurrection” claims were beaten down by the Supreme Court - deserves to have the entirety of the state government there to be driven out of office and prosecuted themselves.

And this “judge” should be dealt with by the electorate of Mesa County, which is a rather conservative area. And likely will be.

Maybe he can get a job in Arizona from the Deranged Dyke Kris Mayes.

I never heard of a case where someone was sentenced to both prison and jail. Prison is normally for those convicted of a felony (1 year or more) and jail is for those convicted of a misdemeanor (1 yr or less).
