Buncombe County, which includes Asheville, went for Hillary by 20,000 votes in 2016 and for Biden by 34,000 votes in 2020.
Trump won in NC by 75,000 votes.
Big Democrat majorities in the largest counties--Durham, Forsyth, Guilford, Mecklenburg, and Wake. Orange County, which includes Chapel Hill, went for the Democrat 3-1 in 2016 and 2020.
