Summary: Though unsourced, the presenters seem knowledgeable and have been reliable regarding border matters in the past.
Gist is that they are claiming to have been tipped by sources in US law enforcement that the feds are looking for up to three Iranian MANPADS and nine "operators" that the Sinaloa cartel has been hired to smuggle across the border. Target is Trump's plane.
They're unnervingly specific re: the specific ordnance that they say LE is told to look for. Here's what they are describing: (From Wikipedia)
Misagh-3 Specifications Range: 5 kilometers Maximum altitude: 4000 meters (approximately 13,123 feet) Maximum speed: 850 m/s (approximately 1,900 mph or 2.88 Mach) Warhead: 1.4 kg high-explosive Guidance: Infrared homing (heat-seeking)
The Misagh-3 is an Iranian-manufactured short-range air defense system unveiled in 2017. It's an upgraded version of the earlier Misagh-1 and Misagh-2 models, which were based on the Chinese QW-18 missile.
Additional Features
Laser proximity fuse: The missile is equipped with a 360-degree laser fuse system to counter thermal decoys (flares) used by helicopters and fighter jets. Improved targeting: After launch, a laser radiation source inside the missile spreads light in a 360-degree pattern. When the light reflects off the target, it activates the missile's warhead

Scott Adams summed up that sentiment:
Compare theories:
1. Iran sent a team of assassins to kill Trump and trigger a war that would (definitely) end with the death of every leader in Iran as well as turning Tehran into a wasteland.
or...
2. The Blob sees an opportunity for a twofer. Take out Trump with a false flag attack and create justification for war with Iran. We’ll never know who fired the missile.
The first theory is stupid at a level I can barely hold in my head. The second theory is entirely plausible based on American history.
