With the costs of supplies to do a remodel today, 41K is cheap the appliances alone will run you 10K, flooring, sink, counters, cabinets 41K is cheap!!

Not at all, especially for a kitchen depending on the Scope Of Work. Six months ago we spiffed up a large pantry with cabinets, remodeled a closet by adding 3 sets of doors, and put a small closet in a bedroom. $32K. No plumbing, flooring, or countertops were involved
