Did anyone else miss this important fact?
I know it was stated in the body of the various postings on the whistleblower, but I think a lot of people, me included, missed it and the implications of this fact.
It begs the question.
If the whistleblower is not credible, and the whole premise is a lie, then how was he or she able to predict exactly what happened at the September 10, debate?
His affidavit states that he sent out sealed stamped letters to himself and others on September 9, before the debate, including House Speaker Johnson.
The affidavit states that there were restrictions on the questions asked, one in particular was regarding the health of Biden.
No question was asked to Harris on how she misrepresented Biden's health to the public.
The affidavit states that camera angles were planned in advance to give Harris a more favorable look to the viewer.
I recall now several times, when Harris was speaking the camera angle widened to show the two of them on stage, just when she pointed at Trump to call him "disgraceful".

EXACTLY. Plus the Speaker knew on the 9th. Did he tell Trump? If he did, Trump played them. He let them do what they did knowing he had proof they were going to do it. It explains Trumps checkmate post a few days ago.

But let’s assume, that the WB concocted this whole thing to make it look like he postmarked it the 9th, but in reality never mailed it out.
Then, you can easily dispel or confirm it by Johnson admitting that he received the postmarked September 9th copy.
And another thing.
Didn’t the WB say sometime ahead of releasing the affidavit, that he had an attorney? It seems to me, that naming the attorney would validate his claim
OTOH, he predicted everything that happened pretty much.
You have to admit, if this person is real, then is shows incredible courage, don’t you think?
Right now, I think it's legitimate. I don't think it's a fake because of that mistake.
Besides, he said he sent himself a certified letter AND sent himself a FedEx package the day before, so he was clearly doubling his "insurance" that he had written his affidavit before the debate occurred.
I wasn't intending to discredit the whistleblower, I was point out how an innocent mistake could be used by the LAAP-dog media to try to discredit the whistleblower.

I think the only reason I’m still not 100% sure, is because it takes incredible courage to do what this person did, and is going to do. The left will destroy you, not only with their own attorneys and bottomless donors, but we now know the FBI and CIA and Homeland etc are all going to come after you.
Look at the democrats, like Mayor Adams. The go after him. Tulsi etc.
Trump is the role model. People follow him, because he doesn’t back down. He knows he’s right.
Eventually, there will be a detailed description on how Biden stole the 2020 election. Trump has never been wrong on anything he says. He also backs up what he promises.
I don’t quite understand why he came out and said, “I hate Taylor Swift,”, but I think he senses that she made a big mistake endorsing Harris, and he’s speaking to men, that dislike her.

Yes, but until Johnson comes forward and confirms this, and that the other mailed items surface, we can’t say for sure that the WB is legit. Like I said, he may never have mailed anything.
Th cynic in me says that it won't be hard to find the altruist in a den of thieves, so it won't be long before security at ABC News ferrets out the whistleblower. Managers can tell who the idealists and purists are when it comes time for raises and promotions, so I'm sure they will have a pretty good idea of who this person is (if (s)he really exists in short order.
The kicker is if the whistleblower really does have audio of conversations between ABC News and the Harris campaign discussing the debate format without the Trump campaign participating. That would prove that ABC News was dealing from the bottom of the deck.

It rattled Merchan enough to send letters to the prosecution and defense, and then the whole story dropped into a black hole.
The whistleblower said that the letters were sent to his home and are still unopened. I'm sure that "operatives" are scouring all of the security cameras around all of the FedEx offices in the New York metropolitan area -- that's how they found the guy who forged the Dan Rather Texas Air National Guard memo by catching him on video at a Kinkos.
I expect one day we will read a story about a 4:00am mugging gone wrong in New York City where nothing was stolen but the victim was killed, or a home intrusion or fire somewhere where only one person dies, or some guy who worked at ABC News who went out to a bar with coworkers who suddenly dropped dead while crossing a crowded street at 10:00pm on a Friday night.

I think the recordings would be pretty damning, and be enough to get the ball rolling. I'm not sure how the whistleblower is going to prove sample questions were sent. Did they see them? Did they take part in making the questions? Did they type them up? Do they have a copy? You'd think something like that would not be on a computer file.
This crap floating around about the whistleblower dying in a car crash also makes me think this is real. Who posted that on the internet? Sure sounds like a warning from the Deep State to me. I hope the whistleblower thought about their actions, because they and their family are 100% a target for assassination.
It's really up to the House GOP now. If they follow-through, this could be a major scandal, and a game-changer in the election. Right now, they should be interviewing this witness, verifying their information, and putting them in protective custody. If they're not under oath no later than 2 weeks from now, we know either the witness didn't hold up, or the House GOP isn't serious about helping Trump.

They already know. For that matter, if we tried really hard, we could figure it out too. I don’t know who did the redactions, but they did a crummy job. The first two characters of the witness’ first name are visible at the beginning of the affidavit. That’s why I’m guessing woman, and probably some kind of long-tenured assistant or personal secretary. Why else refer to 1996? How would they have any knowledge of what ABC was before Disney took over?
I’m hoping this is real, but wouldn’t be surprised if the witness suddenly appears and says, no, just kidding, all a big joke, haha, or right-wing smear job, or some such thing. If this is real, this person just became Edward Snowden. No place is safe, not for them, not for their family. Maybe they didn’t think of that when they started this. I’m sure it’s being made clear to them right about now.
Yes, the recordings would be enough to break this story. The problem is, the witness is probably right now being threatened by ABC and the Deep State to recant and disappear. Unless our side moved quickly and put the witness under some kind of protection, I’m sure they Deep State has them by now. Can you see Speaker Johnson moving quickly?
Maybe he was telling everyone ahead of time just incase he dies in a supposed car accident or mugged and supposedly murdered.
The so-called moderators have already admitted in interviews after the debate that they set out to ‘fact check’ Trump after he destroyed Biden in the first debate. This is on the record.
Leaking questions to Kamala, absolutely, everyone predicted this long before the debate.
We can yammer on about affadavits, but so what?
An affadavit without any supporting evidence is worthless, just a piece of paper.
So, someone has to produce some supporting evidence of collusion between ABC and Kamala. Specific evidence, like emails or audio recordings, otherwise it’s just more internet gossip.
What bothers me is this story started out being spread by a lot of no-name X accounts. It has a hoax feel to it. “Free beer tomorrow”.
I want to see the hard evidence.
Courage, I absolutely agree. And wise, to have them officially post mark stamped was genius. That is how it is done.

People go to prison all day long everyday based on just testimony from credible eye witnesses.

Sacrificing self to do the right thing is what made this country free in the first place. The absence of this kind of intestinal fortitude is why we have lost this country. We are in a war for our liberty once again and it is not beyond possible that there are still some dedicated individuals who do have the courage to sacrifice themselves like Patrick Henry.
And this is what it will take to get it back. Unfortunately we live in a world of comfortable cowards who won’t even boycott their Charmin toilet paper to stand on principle. In no way will they sacrifice even minimal comfort. Those who will not have no right to judge those who who will.
If Johnson received it and chose not to do anything about it, then he is not got to be honest about it.
