"Our support for the territorial integrity, sovereignty and independence of Ukraine is constant,” Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan said this in a video address to the Crimean Platform Leaders' Summit, APA reports citing TRT HABER.
"Returning of Crimea to Ukraine is a requirement of international law," said the Turkish leader.

Erdogan is doing what practically every country has done forever. Country A borders country’s B and C. If country B is getting threatening A aligns with C. It supplies arms, intelligence and logistics. If B and C look like they are forming an alliance A locates citizens in C who are culturally and linguistically B and encourages them to form their own breakaway republic. We see this game in the news literally every day. Hammas’ attack against Israel was designed to stop an alliance between Saudi Arabia and Israel.
The United States is blessed not to have any rambunctious neighbors. If the US were to break apart then both new countries would immediately start building forts on the frontiers and soon their militaries would be focused on each other instead of outward. Because of Americas’ geography we are the stabilizing force in the world. Until Texas secedes.

Russia annexed Crimea in 2014–unopposed. The Obama/Biden Administration did very little in response.
Crimea is as much a part of Russia as Moscow. It will never be returned to Ukraine voluntarily. The overwhelming Russian-speaking population of Ukraine voted about 90% in a plebiscite to rejoin Russia.
