Turkey should return Northern Cyprus to Venice, from which they took it in 1570-71. Then after six months, have a plebiscite on its future, limited to people who lived in Northern Cyprus before the 1974 invasion and their direct descendants, on whether to reunite with the rest of Cyprus.
