Maybe, but more likely she is on prescription meds of some sort, like Xanax or something else, and yes she probably takes a few drinks. She also seems to have a lot self-image and insecurity issues.
Take all of that and the extreme pressure she is under and the fact she is in over her head, how is she going to function at the Debate with Trump. I don’t see how she gets through it at all for 90 minutes.

I knew about Willie Brown and that she was far left, but I never knew she was a lush. And there’s no need to be such a jerk with your response.
But her record was right out there if you had looked and watching a few old interviews of hers would have told you that she has a substance abuse problem.
It is not that things are hidden exactly. It is just they are not promoted and despite the fact that we have more access to information then at any other time in history we just don't seem to use it.

I don’t think she has hebephrenia. Many people noticed, and commented on the fact, that her cackling abruptly decreased and almost stopped once she became the official candidate.
There was so much ridicule about that that most likely her handlers told her to “nip it”.
If she has a true medical issue she wouldn’t be able to control it, and she is.
Watching her painful interview, it seemed that she got a deer-in-the-headlights look on her face in a moment when she would have cackled in the past. Maybe not, and it’s just my impression.

Take her to a 7-Eleven. See if she starts working or robs the place.
