There is school choice to a degree.

There’s private, Christian, Catholic, and homeschool.

Of the four, homeschooling is the cheapest and least time intensive by far.

I would agree but...

School choice as people see it, unfortunately usually involves government approval as the money is in the hands of government. There can be no involvement of any form of Government as that will result ultimately in exactly the government mess we have on our hands now.
