GLENDALE, AZ - The presidential race underwent a shakeup today, with Donald Trump adding a Kennedy to his team in hopes he will draw all the sniper fire. Following an assassination attempt at a Pennsylvania campaign rally in July, Trump sought to take drastic steps to increase his safety for the remainder of the campaign, including bringing on Robert F. Kennedy, Jr., a member of a family with a reputation for being shot at. "A brilliant move by the Trump campaign," said one political strategist. "With lingering questions about the competence of the Secret Service, Trump has decided to take matters into his own hands. Nothing will draw gunfire away from him more effectively than having a Kennedy standing next to you.”

The BB should have passed on this one.

I love the BB but you are correct. Assassination should not be used for humor.

All the more reason for RFK Jr. to try to stand close to President Trump. Some SS protection is bound to apply to him as well.

Sorry. The prior post was meant as a reply to the news that the administration has removed SS protection from RFK Jr.

I posted this from the Babylon Bee yesterday. Talk about a crass thing to do. I probably should have passed on that one.

I’m glad you posted it. I thought it was funny.

In general, killing a person is a bad thing and we should feel sadness for the loss of innocent life. However, maybe the propaganda machines have warped our judgement, as I see people going on and on about the Kennedys.

For whom do I feel the most sadness:

A) Julius Caesar
B) RFK
C) Corey Comperatore

For me, it’s c, Corey Comperatore. His death is the most recent.

Now if it comes to which death was the most consequential in human history, my ratings would be reversed from Caesar, to RFK, to Comperatore.

Speaking of consequential, the attempt on Donald Trump was huge. Not only was it attempted murder, but it was a direct attack on Democracy. The American people want Donald Trump to be President. Taking him out with a bullet, or lawfare, is an attempt to thwart the will of the people. Democrats pretend to care about Democracy. Clearly that is not the case.

Can you imagine the shivers that went down the yellow backs of Chris Wray and Ronnie Rowe when they heard RFK, Jr. would be involved in a legit investigation of J13 after Trump is sworn in?
