We invited Tulsi Gabbard as a speaker to promote her book to one of our large, local Republican club events. We invited a friend who registered as “unaffiliated” but usually voted Democrat. After hearing her speak and say, “For the love of your country, LEAVE the Democrat party”, it got to him and made him see things differently. It was a very effective and passionate talk, and woke up a lot of weak republicans and unaffiliateds who vote for democrats. I am very grateful for her being out there doing this!
With our Commander in Chief being incapacitated, we are in peril. That the machine behind our President is without any moral compass makes that situation even worse. What would happen if, for example, Iran nuked Tel Aviv tomorrow morning? Or if China finally decided to reclaim Taiwan in an overwhelming invasion? Or if one of our carriers was destroyed? Who the Hell is at the helm?
Lincoln also called out the crony capitalist deep state in a quote published in the book "Iron Heel" by Jack London.

Because they make *MONEY* from controlling the government. All that graft, corruption, bribery, selling of influence, administering government programs and so forth, all of that enriches the cartel that administers these programs and the companies that buy congressmen and also the congressmen themselves.
How did AOC go from completely poor to now worth 10s of millions of dollars? How did Nancy Pelosi get 120 million as a congresswoman?
They do favors for corporations, foreign governments, foreign corporations, and anyone else who bribes them.
The system is rotten, and it has been rotten going back at least to the 1850s, and probably all the way back to the 1820s.

Agreed, her votes in congress were atrocious, but the question she asks is legitimate. The deep state bureaucrats need to be held accountable for the train wreck they have engineered. They look after themselves and their agency and the country and people be damned. However, at some point the country and people are going to be so badly damaged there won’t be enough tax revenue to fund the deep state thugs.
Note: Trump has refused intel briefings from these roaches because he said they leak everything that was discussed and blame him for the leaks, so why bother with them. If elected its clear he is going to have to find some way to get legitimate intelligence information other than from the CIA, NSA, DNI or DOD, they clearly do not have to countries interests at heart and have been utter failures time and again.
She should know. She belonged to that same corrupt government for many years.

Indeed, Gabbard is raising a key question facing USA today. And yes, too, as Prime Minister Margaret Thatcher correctly observed, “The problem with socialism is that you eventually run out of other people’s money.”
it is a shame that USA is having to repeat the lessons that history already has provided for anybody willing to listen/read them
