Not all protein is alike.
There is animal protein and plant protein.
Even Jello is protein but it lacks an essential amino acid, tryptophan which makes it an incomplete protein.
Most plant based proteins are incomplete. If they are based on milk they are more balanced.
The perfect protein, with all the essential amino acids in the right proportions, is an egg.
So just because a product says it supplies so many grams of protein, it does not mean your body can use it.

The perfect protein, with all the essential amino acids in the right proportions, is an egg. The cooked egg is one of the few foods that your body will consume completely.

Not trying to cast doubt in any way on your statement there, but genuinely interested in reading more in a source for that information about eggs. Â Can you share a source for that?
Thanks.
