I could have had a V8!
We need to stop bailing these companies out when they make stupid decisions. This decision is going to cost the taxpayers.
EV:
My first vehicle was a 1973 Chevy C10 pickup with a 350 ci engine and a 4 barrel carb on top. After replacing the exhaust system with headers and Cherry Bomb mufflers, it became the only loud vehicle I ever owned. Fun at first, annoying from then on. Especially on long trips.
I predict it will go as well as New Coke.
The Union Bosses know who their real masters are, and work to please them.
“The exhaust system on the concept Charger, which [Dodge CEO Tim] Kuniskis said is as loud as a Hellcat engine, pushes sound through an amplifier and tuning chamber located at the rear of the vehicle. He compared it to a wind organ with chambers and pipes.”
So, it’s the Milli Vanilli of EVs? 🤔
Same with Harley D.
Anyone remember the Ford Mustang during the 60’s - 60’s? We had the Muscle version and then went to the 4 cylinder Mustang.
Pretty soon, a Chinese company or dead. F ‘em.
The only electric-powered ‘muscle car’ is the ones like I used to play with in slot racing.
They’re doing the same thing to RAM trucks, getting rid of the V-8 and replacing with twin turbo straight 6. I don’t want to hear a whine of a turbo, I want to feel the rumble of the V-8. I predict truck owners will opt for a 2500 with a V-8 or diesel before a twin turbo, at least I will.
Is anyone charging all these Unsold EVs or are they just sitting and rotting away , think of all the resources the Green Freaks waste
When I left the military in 1971, I got a 1970 Hemi-Cuda....I wish I still had that bad-a$$ car!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Yeah, we've been here before.

“Ford Motor is canceling plans for a large electric sport-utility vehicle and expects to take $1.9 billion in related special charges and write-downs, as automakers continue adjusting their EV plans because of softer-than-expected demand.
The Dearborn, Mich., automaker this spring said it would delay plans for an electric three-row SUV by two years to a 2027 release date. On Wednesday, the company said it is scrapping the model altogether, citing tough pricing pressure as automakers resort to aggressive discounts to move their EVs.”
Americans are like a bunch of Energizer Bunnies driving around all over the place bangin on their drums about savin’ da planet.
