Multiple people have been arrested, including a doctor, in connection with “Friends” star Matthew Perry’s overdose death last fall, according to reports.
The bombshell arrests were made early Thursday, ABC News reported.
Charges are expected to be announced at a news conference later in the day with the US attorney for Los Angeles and a representative from the Drug Enforcement Administration, the outlet added.

Why are they investigating this drug death more than the 100,000’s others?
It is about time they get back to tracking down and prosecuting the dealers and suppliers. Should be live or death sentences for anyone dealing with or supplying illicit drugs or, in the case of a Doctor, over prescribing to feed a drug habit that results in death.

Same as the full court press they put on in the wake of Michael Jackson’s basically suicide.
Since Hollywood moves because of money, it might be because somebody lost a good deal of money over his death. Maybe he agreed to a major part in a movie.
Because doctors were involved.
Sounds like Perry had a crooked Dr like Michael Jackson (who was getting surgery level anesthesia at home.)
The doctor was likely the supplier to the dealer—needs jail time.
Most likely an insurance company is investigating. They are not in the business to pay out money if they do not have to.
However, I do not think Matthew Perry was getting any roles last year. I also do not think ANY insurance company would cover him based on his drug abuse.
Just like Elvis who had “Dr. Nick’’.
Matthew Perry lived an aggressively self-destructive life for more than 30 years.
Prosecuting the last group of people who helped him die feels like a sick joke, especially since his alcohol addiction was completely legal.

What?? Where are the politicians and celebrities supposed to get their drugs if she's arrested?

There is strict liability for actions causing death or damage to favored celebrities.
Remember how quickly the FBI moved to nail the perps when several years ago some Hollywood actresses had their iclouds hacked and nude pics were leaked?
We are talking about the donor base to the Democrat party.
How quickly do you think the FBI would move if you had your account hacked?
Meanwhile, hundreds of thousands of ordinary non-celebrity Americans have overdosed from drugs coming over the open Southern border.

this is hard to believe given how much he was making from his Friends residuals. Or maybe he was just a cheapskate
