A 6-year-old Michigan boy died after being stapled to a wall and shot with a BB gun — part of “horrific” abuse by his mother and her boyfriend often in front of their other kids, according to authorities.
Mom Elaina Rose Jennings, 25, and her boyfriend Daniel John Giacchina, 32, were charged with murder after little Giovanny “Chulo” Jennings was found unconscious with injuries all over his body on July 30, WDIV reported.
Investigators soon learned that Giovanny was confined to a pen and left to sleep on a wooden slat in his mom’s bedroom in their mobile home in Madison Heights, where the helpless boy was routinely beaten by the adults in front of the youngster’s two younger siblings, according to prosecutors.
“As we carefully sifted through the evidence, what we found can only be described as horrific,” Oakland County Prosecutor Karen McDonald said.

Ever the prisoner of curiosity, I searched the name “Elaina Rose Jennings” and all four of the pics came up. But the two more normal-looking people are Deanthony Lamont Warrick (just convicted of murder) and Jasmine Lakesha Hicks (his victim), with no connection to the abused child. The internet works in mysterious ways.

The boyfriend stapled the boy’s clothing to the wall so that the boy couldn’t move. Then, he sent photos to the boy’s mother who laughed about it. They both are sickos.

This is what is wrong with the world we live in. The punishment should be a death 2 to 3 times more painful than the death they caused.
People do not fear three hots and a cot for the rest of their lives.
Nah. Find an old basement somewhere with an area that’s three sided. Like a recess in a wall or a vault.
Chain these two to the rear wall and then wall up the entrance. Like in Poe’s story “The Cask Of The Amontillado’’.
In my humble opinion that is THE worst way to kill someone.
