Brazen Kamala Harris STEALS one of Donald Trump's flagship policies
Daily Mail ^ | 8/11/24 | Jimmy Mccloskey

Kamala Harris has stolen one of Donald Trump's key campaign promises to stop taxing tips given to service workers.

Harris revealed she was copying the flagship Trump policy at a rally in Las Vegas Saturday night.

She told attendees her government will 'eliminate taxes on tips for hospitality and service utility workers.'

The announcement drew huge applause.

Trump himself attacked Kamala in a post on Truth Social, asking: 'How long will it be before Kamala Harris comes out with another “TRUMP” policy like, “No Taxes will be paid by our Senior Citizens on Social Security?”

'She’s looking really bad now! Everyone is waiting to see what idea, or policy of mine, she will copy next.'

And Team Trump was also quick to point out that Harris' idea is not an original one, and even suggested she was lying about her vow to implement it.

'Kamala just announced she is stealing President Trump's "NO TAX ON TIPS" proposal,' a spokesperson posted on X.

'But like everything else she says, it's a pure political calculation she'll never actually do — but President Trump WILL.'

Anti-woke campaigner Robby Starbuck wrote on X: 'Kamala is now stealing Trump’s policies in an attempt to get votes. No tax on tips was his proposal that he’s been talking about all year.

'No intelligent person will trust a word she says since she flip flops more than a fish out of water.'

And conservative commentator Charlie Kirk said: 'Unreal! Kamala just stole President Trump’s no tax on tips. What a shameless phony.'

You can’t fix (Entitlements) which is logically unsustainable in the first place (You cannot bound a future Congress or Pres. for instance). The only public works/programs that the Federal gov should be funded “By the People” are civil engineering projects/Interstate highway projects etc... too big for any State to handle. Retirement and healthcare should not be attempted by our Federal government in a heterogeneous large body of land with innumerable variables to contend with. Its a great idea though if you want to be $35 Trillion in debt and climbing with inflation (Real, not counting cheap disposable products where the life cycle has been exhausted).

Leonardo Da Vinci starting dreaming up flying machines 400 years before reality. A bunch of designs that didn’t work. I am not under the illusion that by the end of the term Trump will have accomplished that. Bold leadership, courage and vision os necessary for true progress in that direction. Everyone is talking about China now only because Trump made them an issue in 2015. Goldwater got hammered but hoa ideas outlived him. Etc etc.

She had 4 years to go MAGA and now she lies about being MAGA. She can close the border in 20 mins if she wanted.

It costs more to collect tax tips than it generates and stimulates the economy. Less tax brings in more revenue.

This isn't about visions of progressing technolgy where the problem-solving process is somewhat easier as you learn about variables of the obstacles and overcome them. Human nature (Part of an ingredient that makes politics) is the exact opposite greedy, backstabbing, lying, discontent, arrogant, lust for power, etc...

Once you are locked into a certain state (In this case, out-of-control public spending with universal suffrage) its too late to fundamentally change. The majority with their hand out (Don't touch my SS and Medicare even on this website of "Conservatives") and the grifters will make sure that system remains in place. We have history to study this behavior which never changes. The only fix is building civilization back after the implosion. Some autistic wizard trying to figure out how to fly a machine never had these obstacles since they could control their own world and figure out nature/physics without universal suffrage in place. I wish solving public crisis was that easy.

B!tch, you been in power for almost 4 years. You could have done in already.

Or just go back to DC and do it now.

Every legitimate pundit ought to be pouncing on this. Oh that’s right. Republicans “pounce.” Democrats are “concerned.”

Trump should make hay with this. What has she done about tips in the last four years? Trump can be trusted to carry out promises. The Cackler is saying anything to get elected, ie taxes, fracking, mail in voting, amnesty, etc.

Anybody with half-a-brain knows this is only pandering, and that no RAT would ever support actually helping the middle-class, who they feed upon every day.

So why doesn’t she do it now?

We are running two trillion dollar deficits, and Trump and Harris are now going to engage in a pandering contest to buy votes

If you don't know the difference between Trump and Harris by now I don't know what to say. I won't get into arguments but:

President Trump is for tax cuts because he wants to grow the economy. With excellent growth we increase GDP and the debt to GDP ratio goes down.

Harris will cut taxes on one group and raise taxes on multiple other groups to pay for it. debt to GDP ratio stays the same or gets worse, economy never grows fast enough to put a dent in the deficit. We continue with economic malaise.

I know the difference between Trump and Harris. I’m just saying that we are going bankrupt, and Trump continues to ignore it.
