The alteration of Pres. Trump's voice was a technical issue. "Perfect recording" released (please post if anyone finds the link to it).

I noticed another audio problem at his recent Mar-a-Lago press conference. The questions were mostly inaudible other than some short moments when an audience mic was switched on.
