That is monstrous and the reason the child didn’t cry is because it has happened multiple times before and he is used to it. Disgusting. Her parental rights should be terminated and she should never be allowed around children again.

Wow, she seems nice. There is no waythat was “the first time” she had done that- the kid probably didn’t cry because he knew that if he did, it would really set her off. Can’t know for sure of course, but lashing out at the kid seems to come naturally to her-
Stinking liberal judge would probably take a child away from a parent that disciplines their child or refuses to allow their kid to transition, or scolds the kid for something. But her? Meh no big deal- slap on the wrist

[[Based on what’s said in the article, this is well beyond “Spare the rod & spoil the child”.
To slam him on the floor or into a wall could be life threatening and is beyond a beating]]
Yup, exactly- th3 kid could very well have slid on the floor, hit a corner or the wall with his head, causing a broken neck.

Either that or the kid will become a serial killer out of hatred for his mother. There have been many psychopaths who grew up with their mothers beating the crap out of them, verbally abusing them etc. Not all abused kids do turn bad, but the chances are much higher if they are abused.

She’s an entertainer on a yacht that goes into international waters. What do you think she is doing out there? I don’t believe that she just serves drinks. She is likely a comfort woman for entertainment purposes. Sounds more like being a whore instead of your previous assertion that she was being raped on a daily basis.

I don't know. Maybe the Duchess of Sussex can tell us.

The worst part is she will be “reunited” with her child.
Now, she’ll continue to mistreat him, but she’ll be sneakier about it.
Stupid decision. She should lose custody permanently.

Have they adjusted for percentage? The snippet makes no mention of single-father households. Whatever statistics might apply to single-father households are irrelevant.
The figures cited ("twice as likely," "five times as likely") refer to single-mother households and undoubtedly take two-parent households as a baseline, which is valid.

I’m wondering who owns the yacht…. Probably a millionaire.

It still has the same psychological devastation over the long-term. Also, what the client wants she has to provide whether or not she wants to.

::The kid is such a trooper and endured her abuse without shrieking and crying like 99.9 of all small children/toddlers would have.::

That tells me that this poor child has endured this sort of abuse numerous times.
Not going to watch the video. I am not against spanking, but this sounds like it was just abuse. 3 years old is barely out of babyhood.
Prayers for that little one.

Our culture has suffered much from the abandonment of that paradigm.
