Exact same thing happened to my mom when she was 85. Tripped and fell, at church, of all places, landed on her arm and right jaw. Broke her wrist, chipped a tooth, and got a black eye.

I see it. It appears his lower face/jaw is swollen much like one would see from dental surgery. When Biden spoke, one side of his face was not moving in sync with the other side. I think he had some type of medical issue and fell last week.
