Kamala Harris will be named the next President. Biden will either resign or succumb to illness. The 25th amendment will not be invoked. Making Kamala Harris President will make her the incumbent going into the election and add gravitas to her name. They will fawn over her being the first black woman President and the first Indian President. They will point out her extreme bravery under extreme circumstances.
And then Trump will kick her a$$ on election day and win the Presidency.

Here’s a fact for you. Kamala Harris took the oath of office as vice president on 01/20/2020.
Another fact. Amendment 12. But no person constitutionally ineligible to the office of President shall be eligible to that of Vice-President of the United States.
Now if you’re a smart boy - you can add these two facts together and state with confidence that Harris was and is eligible.
I think we will know how probable this is based on Biden‘s planned addressed to the nation tomorrow night. If he manages to pull it off OK, and maybe makes a few public appearances in the next week or so, this is a bit less likely. However, if he gives his address, poorly, and goes into hiding, I see this as a possibility.
Trump is about to open up on her. Ads already up in the PA area. She plays well on the Coasts, solidifies NY, but the Country is not the Coasts.

Agree. Was she naturalized? If not, she is a natural born citizen. That’s what the courts will say, if this ever becomes an issue.

Yes. She was naturalized at birth. She is a citizen by statute. It may not matter, the US may be lost, the Constitution toilet paper but the truth is still the truth.
