Honestly, yeah that's a good guess. Autism seems to be much more prevalent these days. Dr. Gabor Maté has an interesting take on this. Short clip, he suggests that it's not that these people diagnosed as such are abnormal, but rather our society has become abnormal and these conditions (such as autism) are normal responses to abnormal circumstances. I think this lecture might go into more detail. It's been a long time since I stumbled upon his work.

The latest rumor is a TIA: (Transient Ischemic Attack) A transient ischemic attack is a stroke that lasts only a few minutes. It occurs when the blood supply to part of the brain is briefly interrupted. TIA symptoms, which usually occur suddenly, are similar to those of stroke but do not last as long.

This kind of stoke often becomes a full blown stroke so monitoring for 72 hours is recommended. Biden was rushed out of Los Vegas with cancelations for many events. It would certainly explain his change of heart knowing he might be dead soon.
