Below, I have posted my comments, FReeper threads and comments, followed by the three X.com posts in Biden's account used to withdraw him from the 2024 election.

On Free Republic, there are posts and threads asking questions like, "Where's Joe Biden?" and "Who on Earth is running the country?" A Freeper commented that Biden's schedule is blank and he hasn't been seen for 5 days. If Biden is not running the country, then who is in charge of this coup d' etat?

The Washington Post published an extremely biased assessment of the fighting in Israeli, noting that Netanyahu is traveling to Washington a week ahead of his address to Congress. With whom will Netanyahu speak? Kamala? Now that Trump is the GOP candidate, I've read he can speak with foreign leaders.  According to PBS at 7:21 PM EDT (7/21), Biden and Netanyahu will still meet during Israeli prime minister’s U.S. visit, source says.

After I read that Biden aides only had 1-minute warning that he was dropping out, and saw the X.com posts of his withdrawal from the 2024 election, which I've posted below with annotations, I have to wonder if there has been and/or continues to be blind panic in the White House.

According to the New York Times, many have spoken with him over the weekend, participated on a zoom call etc. and that the initial letter of resignation took several hours for Biden, Steve Ricchetti, and Mike Donilon to write. "From that afternoon and far into the night, the three worked on one of the most important and historic letters of Biden’s presidency — the announcement of his decision to withdraw from his reelection campaign after top Democrats, donors, close allies and friends had pressured him relentlessly to get out. " Since the New York Times has credibility in the negative numbers, all I see is an attempt to ad legitimacy to a melee of uncoordinated responses.

FIRST POST - JOE BIDEN STEPS DOWN

Joe's initial statement withdrawing from the presidential campaign was typed on a blank sheet of paper - no official letterhead - signed with an electronic signature. Some note that the campaign is separate from the Presidency so it would not be expected to appear on White House letterhead. Good point. Surely the Biden/Harris campaign has letterhead, doesn't it?
Typically a POTUS would be expected to address the public in a live broadcast. Why did his handlers not schedule a formal broadcast?

He's stepping down from the 2024 election because he's cognitively impaired, but he intends to remain in office another 6 months?

SECOND POST - JOE BIDEN STEPS DOWN

27 minutes after the blank sheet resignation - still no Oval Office video address - he's the first to use Social Media for this kind of impactful communication. Was he unable to speak?

In the Soviet Union, the state played grim classical music for hours instead of telling the public that a top figure had 'died' (gunshot wounds?). In the US, our public servants turn to the convenience of Social Media when they want to ghost the public.

THIRD POST -  33 minutes after the unofficial blank sheet resignation, someone posts a recycled Biden/Harris campaign fundrasing post, changing only one word -  'donate to our campaign' is changed to 'donate to her campaign.

i would not be surprised if jill got a 25A ultimatum, and cut a deal with the puppetmasters in the shadows.

i suppose there is no requirement that presidential paperwork signatures be witnessed, in which case they would probably need the services of an expert forger. naturally a jill deal would likely have included a signed and effected blanket pardon for each member of the extended biden family.

I was thinking about the old Soviet technique of playing gloomy classical music when someone in leadership was shot or otherwise eliminated. The public would be rivited by the classical music, waiting hours before a grim announcement about a death.

imho any backdated blanket pardon package would imply a coup.

i suppose a “signed” “real” pardon could be put in a family vault, while an apparent but duplicate pardon could be postdated to the date of the pardon announcement. any nosy busybodies investigating after the would only uncover the “signed” “real” pardon buried deep in the national archives, although months or years after the fact.

I imagine a lot of us are asking those questions. If Biden got Covid, is he alive? Is he in a coma? Is he being treated with Paxlovid, Remdesivir, or even - gasp - Ivermectin? Is he on a respirator? Who witnessed him sign his X post? His doctor is obligated to tell the country if Biden is truly functional.

The effective precedent for the current situation seems to be the Woodrow Wilson stroke of October 2, 1919.

but Obama was never really in control any of these times. He has only ever been a spoke in a wheel doing it’s job. Obama doesn’t steer, just takes orders like so many of our “leaders”.

I wonder if we ever had a president after Geo Washington who was really in charge, wasn’t just following the will of those behind the scenes who got him into office?
