I disagree. 4th term.
His people were woven throughout the Trump term and stopped Trump often
but Obama was never really in control any of these times. He has only ever been a spoke in a wheel doing it’s job. Obama doesn’t steer, just takes orders like so many of our “leaders”.
I wonder if we ever had a president after Geo Washington who was really in charge, wasn’t just following the will of those behind the scenes who got him into office?
