As a roofer in my long ago youth, no real roofer would consider that a pitched roof. It's practically flat.

It was a 2/12 pitch I'm going to disagree with you. Respectfully.
Using the pic in post #34, which is a pretty straight on shot of the gable end, I measured it out on the screen and get less than a 1/12 pitch.

I would not be afraid do a flip on that roof with 2/12 slope, and I am on Medicare for 20 years already. That SS director is utterly incompetent to use the slope of roof as an excuse.
