We know the FBI develops "domestic terrorists" with the intent of capturing them in the act, to give themselves a great big pat on the back, push the "rightwing extremism" narrative ("but the shooter was Republican!"), and to justify budget increases.
Let's say the FBI was grooming this kid. They didn't intend for an assassination. But, of course, government is incompetent so it got away from them. (See Fast and Furious, et al.)
Now, let's assume this scheme was passed along outside and upwards of the agency, to somebody with great power, enough to influence choices within multiple agencies, or even only the USSS. If somebody knew the FBI was hatching a scheme, and because we only needed to rely on malicious compliance to get the desired kill shot, it would be pretty easy for just one or few individuals to ensure the Grade F (JB) team who hated Trump would be assigned this particular task.
That's one or very few people required to possibly effect an assassination.
To explain things like shorting DJT, that could simply be an act of insider knowledge to influence a trade, could be sourced from within the Crooks grooming FBI, or somebody who noticed a brewing flustercluck of an assignment in Trump's security detail, who also is aware of the tinderbox of a political environment currently. Actually, it seems a tipoff to an intentional weakened security detail could have alerted many others (photogs, camera crew, etc.) to take a special interest in this Butler event.
I don't buy anything these agencies say, they gaslight us profusely. But I can't do these all-encompassing conspiracy theories involving dozens if not hundreds of people. That's not how the world works. Just a few rogue people with the right knowledge and evil intention is all that is necessary. Maybe it's just two lovers texting about insurance policies?

Step 2: Make sure every Trump security detail is staffed with a few who plan Trump harm.
Step 3: Wait for lone gunman to show up and arrange things to aid his plan.

The big question is WHY they weren't. Incompetency or Intent. I lean toward the latter.
I’ve heard that a white van with AZ plates was found by K9 dogs 10 miles away from the rally and was thought to be associated with the shooter. If there’s a weird connection to AZ, I’m reminded that Tucson is a hotbed of Islamic activism. Since Trump would be shutting off the money pipeline to Iran and is especially tight with Israel, it’s possible this atrocity was financed and planned by Muslim extremists. There was also a rumor that the Iranians planned to assassinate Trump so I’m just wondering if any of this sounds plausible to freepers.
I’m with you on that last, and “Never ascribe to malice that which is adequately explained by incompetence.” And we had 8 years of Obama plus nearly 4 of Biden pushing DEI promotions.
On the other hand, we’ve had 8+ years of malice directed at Trump, since early in the first campaign.
It is quite a conundrum.
I took a little bit of a look at the water tower a couple days ago. Initially, it seemed insane there wasn’t at least an observer with binocs and a radio up there.
Then I looked at it more, and saw some pics (vs. just the Google Maps “Sat” view), and there are some big trees between it and the rally site. I’m not 100% sure they block useful LOS to the rally area and likely assassin set up sites, but I think it quite likely they do block many. Haven’t seen anything definitive.
However, I’m pretty sure an observer up there *would* have had a great view of Crooks on that roof.
So like anything else, it’s complicated.

Then you see the Secret Service agent/Paul Blart’s female cousin failing to holster a weapon, not once, but on two occasions. And then you take that level of DEI incompetence up a level or two organizationally, and realize they gave the A team to Jill in Pittsburgh.
But yes, there are a whole lot of things lining up here. The DJT media shorts are what make me think there was a plan known to at least several.

My not altogether unreasonable or paranoid given our alphabet agencies’ history suspicions about Matthew Crooks.
FBI knew him. He got caught with Bomb making material, some random post came up on FBI’S new and improved AI-augmented “Carnivore” and they had a little discussion with him about his options.
Choice A- His life, his family’s life destroyed by home invasion, media circus, he goes to prison for decades where he’s passed around as “fresh meat” - a new sex toy - for lifers in exchange for a few smokes, OR,
Choice B- he does this thing for them , dies, but saves his family from the horror of IRS, FBI, DHS investigation, bankruptcy, more.
Tough choice?

I would call this “willful ignorance” by the SS. But let’s get to one thing missing from the entire equation. The counter sniper who was supposed to be on the roof never showed up to work. Why? Did he call in sick? That’s the key to this entire operation and post incident analysis. There is a root cause to all of this and we are not hearing from the SS as to what it is.
Find the counter sniper, question him and we will know what exactly happened. As for the shooter, people saw him prior. The police saw him prior. The SS saw him prior. They knew he was a threat within 30 minutes of Trump’s speech and no one detained him or questioned him. They were in the building and still enabled him to climb a ladder, set up a firing position, was in the sights of the counter snipers and no one gave the word to take the sniper out.
Conspiracy theory? No. Someone told the counter sniper to hold fire. Someone told the security detail not to detain the shooter. Question now is who gave those orders?
Yeah, not a burly, brawny super soldier like Lee Harvey Oswald or Sirhan Sirhan.
Well, there were two vehicles. And that older, bearded antifa guy who was "mistakenly" identified as the shooter seems to have disappeared from the planet.

One,of the videos shows a black dot on top of the water tower at the time of the shooting and a few seconds later that black dot is gone.
If they used MK Ultra the neighborhood nerd may be most likely to have the necessary psychological profile. According to a Raytheon whistleblower who says he has personally observed the phenomenon, the Deep State has technology that allows them to communicate directly to someone’s brain so that it sounds like it is the victim’s own voice speaking. Most people would talk themselves down if they heard their own voice telling them to do something heinous but people with a particular psychological profile would be vulnerable to that. Data-mining allows the Deep State to easily find those people.
Crooks was already well on the road to being an assassin, if his former classmate was accurate when he said that Crooks and his circle of friends were the type to make terroristic threats - and that the rumor at the school was that Crooks actually did threaten to shoot up the school and missed school for a few days after the threat. After Crooks learned of the rumors he stopped expressing his “superior” political views.
From what I’ve heard, it was an easy shot.
There was a vendor who had been to most of Trump’s rallies who said this one was very, very different. She knew immediately when she didn’t see obstacles to line-of-fire put up all over - cranes, trucks, etc - and when she didn’t see counter-snipers all over the place.
This was definitely different.
Joe’s comment to George Stephanopoulos that he wasn’t afraid of Trump winning this time because Trump would soon be “challenged” in a way he had never been challenged before seems like code now, given the short selling. Maybe people knew about the plan and that comment was assurance that it was all set.
I don’t know much about the financial world. Would the people who did the short selling end up taking losses because the assassination attempt actually failed?
