Sean interview rules:
Sean gets to say a whole paragraph, his guest gets to say one sentence.
It's always about Sean. He always has a personal experience that's bigger and better than his guest.
OOh, and did you know he is a martial arts expert??
Unwatchable
Also he has very bad hair. Have you noticed?
I hope he doesn't read this, it would kill him.
His only saving grace is being mostly on the right side of issues.
Guy’s a dope.
Vannity needs the entire paragraph to instruct his guest to deliver the exact answer he needs to hear.
“Sean gets to say a whole paragraph, his guest gets to say one sentence.”
Much like ... sorry to say ... Steve Bannon. How many times have I yelled at him, “Let Raheem / Mike / Naoimi TALK!”? (I don’t think he heard me.)
He thinks he is at the level Rush was. Simply not true. Rush rarely had guests because he did not need them. His show was polished. The parodies, the wit, the voice... miss him so much. It’s a shame we lost him when we did.
Hannity I tried to like because he was so much better than the insufferable Alan Colmes. At that time, Hannity wasn’t carried in the Cleveland market after Rush, so my intro to him was on Hannity/Colmes on FNC. But fame went to his head when he no longer had to share a program. He preludes every question with blather then interrupts every answer. He tends to have excellent guests who I cannot understand why they tolerate being treated like he does. Even O’Reilly who bloviates a fair amount, tolerates being walked all over on. Sean is a total self-promoter, a sign of lack of self-esteem. He feels he has to polish his bonafides at every moment. He must pay Linda well. She is his enabler, but I am sure she does it for the money and not for the affection. The older he gets, the worse he has gotten. Sometimes I wonder if he listens to himself and his behavior during interviews.
I agree. I had to switch over to CNN last night to watch the speakers because Hannity thought Hannity was more important for people to watch.
Sean Hannity has - “SLAP ME!” written all over his puss.
Are these not classic NPD symptoms?
NPD ~ Narcissistic Personality Disorder
If he’s like that off mike in interpersonal relations, how can he have any friends?
Has he stated, 99.99% of the SS are good people? I wouldn’t know, haven’t listened to him in a decade or more.
Well said, he only made it because he came on after Rush. Fame really did go to his head. I swear he would interrupt Jesus if he had him on his show. Something like.
Jesus:well thank you Sean, I was just in Alabama and..
Sean: Me too, I was just there. I love AL, I have a lot of friends there, I use to live there and on and on.
I guess big name guests figure he has a big audience and its a free way to promote yourself so you put up with his shenanigans.
Sounds like you still listen from time to time.
Really sorry to hear he has only gotten worse. Really havent listened since 2020 or so. The way everyone talks, suprised he has any following anymore, think he would wise up, but it doesnt sound like it.
Typical Hannity interview:Guest: I have been researching this case for months, and can finally tell you that...Hannity: We've been reporting on FISA-gate since the beginning and our sources have been proven to be 100% correct in what we've said.
Guest: We finally uncovered documents that have been stonewalled since...
Hannity: Documents? The lamestream media has been covering up reporting on documents for years. The Schiff Show has been lying about what's in those documents...
Guest: We finally have hard evidence that the conspiracy to frame the President leads all the way to...
Hannity: You know what's hard? My abs are hard. My Dojo trained me for weeks and weeks, very painful, but I practice all the time. Lynda can tell you, I used to be weak, but now I can defend myself. I even brought those water weights to Singapore to keep up. Boy, that was a trip, we had to do the show at midnight!
Guest: Well, certainly, the House Intelligence Chairman has been at the center of obstructing the facts, but...
Hannity: We only have 20 seconds left, what do you think the chances are that someone will finally open up and spill the beans? Speaking of beans, I just had the best cup of coffee...

What do you think about Chris Planted?
Chris Plante (“Why the extra vowel ? I don’t know.)
He is sharp-whitted. Entertaining. Engaging. And informative.
What do you think?
Sharp-witted
I hate missspelling. (LOL)
I used to do radio talk shows on a college station many decades ago.
When I had a guest (about three quarters of the shows) my goal was to have my guest shine.
That meant they did 98% of the talking—and my sole job was to introduce them at the beginning of the show and then ask them questions that helped them share or clarify their views.
Some guests were so great I could just let them talk for the rest of the show while I sipped coffee.
There’s an afternoon talk show host in DC.
He has a talent for dialoging with his guests that advances to conversation - even beyond the normal expectation of the guest.
Vince Coglinase is very sharp and well-prepared.
WMAL has the best programming around (except for the noon to 3 slot).
I especially like 9-noon: Chris Plante (Why the extra “e”?)
Laura is just as bad
