Or did the SS sniper look up to reacquire the shooter. That often helps to get back on the target due to the limited field of scopes. By the way, you will notice that the SS snipers were on a sloping roof. Thank God they didn't roll off and cause another tragedy.

While all of the above makes sense (I run crews outside in the heat and cold and I need to take care of them) - to make it a federal law!??
