“States can fight against the abortion drug, but the abortion drug is promoted by the United States Postal Service—that is under federal jurisdiction,” he added. “That is why the federal government needs to get involved.”

Point being some things other than roe need the federal government to get involved when it comes to abortion.

Get ready. More of this to come. It might not be much longer until the GOP is just as much for imprisoning pro-lifers , as the FBI has been now.

Do we want to win elections or not?

Republicans are useless if they are not in office, then we will get nothing done.

This is one issue we need to back off on.

Win the battles we can.

“It appears that there is little courage or appetite among our national leaders to try to protect unborn Americans with new federal laws,”

Stop beating a dead horse the Supreme Court has said the federal government doesn’t have the power to regulate abortion it is a tenth amendment states right issue. They will rightfully smack down any federal law that passes. It will take an amendment at this point good luck with that it’s a losing subject as 60%+ support at least first term abortions. You need 3/4 of the state’s to pass an amendment there are not 3/4 that would pass such a law either way.

This is just unfathomable. President Trump made great progress by appointing three Supreme Court justices which resulted in the overturn of Roe v. Wade.

So what do they do next? They abandoned the abortion platform and walk away from millions of their core constituents.

Abortion is a state issue. It doesn’t belong on the federal policy platform.

By that argument, everything should be made a federal issue.

Deep State continues to try to gin up games of lets-you-and-him-fight.

To divide and conquer...

Until we restore our republic, we need to be one issue voters.

Every other issue is MOOT.

No other issue matters.

Vote to restore our republic.

AFTER that’s accomplished, we can sort the rest out.

PENAL CODE
TITLE 5. OFFENSES AGAINST THE PERSON
CHAPTER 19. CRIMINAL HOMICIDE
Sec. 19.01. TYPES OF CRIMINAL HOMICIDE.
(a) A person commits criminal homicide if he intentionally, knowingly, recklessly, or with criminal negligence causes the death of an individual
....
Sec. 19.06. APPLICABILITY TO CERTAIN CONDUCT. This chapter does not apply to the death of an unborn child if the conduct charged is:
(1) conduct committed by the mother of the unborn child;
(2) a lawful medical procedure performed by a physician or other licensed health care provider with the requisite consent, if the death of the unborn child was the intended result of the procedure;
(3) a lawful medical procedure performed by a physician or other licensed health care provider with the requisite consent as part of an assisted reproduction as defined by Section 160.102, Family Code; or
(4) the dispensation of a drug in accordance with law or administration of a drug prescribed in accordance with law.

“No state shall...deny to any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the law.”

Amendment XIV, Section 1

“The appellee and certain amici argue that the fetus is a “person” within the language and meaning of the Fourteenth Amendment. In support of this, they outline at length and in detail the well known facts of fetal development. If this suggestion of personhood is established, the appellant’s case, of course, collapses, for the fetus’ right to life would then be guaranteed specifically by the Amendment.”

I don’t want to pay for baby murder.

I don’t want to pay more for health care cost coverage because I don’t want to pay for baby murder.

How does the USPS promote the abortion drug? By delivering it? That’s not promoting it it’s delivering it like they do tons of drugs and everything else that goes through the mail. Does that mean they promote everything they deliver?

That makes no sense whatsoever.

Abortion is a states issue period and should have never been a federal issue which it isn’t anymore. It shouldn’t be a federal political issue at all.

CORNER DRUG COMPANY
ABORTION DRUG DISPENSING CONSENT FORM

....

The Social Security system is likely to have to cut benefits in the future.

The benefit age might be upped by several years.

The initial years of Social Security old age benefit payouts might get based on the FICA tax payments of your children.

If you kill off your baby using our pills, you might lose future federal benefits your baby would likely have helped make possible.

How can we help you today?

I want my baby killed off.

Are you sure you have made the right choice?

Why, yes, the father is a worthless sack of ****.

(You’re no great human specimen yourself.)
Have a seat, the doctor will see you at about the appointed time.

Combined oral contraceptives—Also called “the pill,” combined oral contraceptives contain the hormones estrogen and progestin. It is prescribed by a doctor. A pill is taken at the same time each day. If you are older than 35 years and smoke, have a history of blood clots or breast cancer, your doctor may advise you not to take the pill. Typical use failure rate: 7%.

Progestin only pill—Unlike the combined pill, the progestin-only pill (sometimes called the mini-pill) only has one hormone, progestin, instead of both estrogen and progestin. It is prescribed by a doctor. It is taken at the same time each day. It may be a good option for women who can’t take estrogen. Typical use failure rate: 7%.

Implant—The implant is a single, thin rod that is inserted under the skin of a women’s upper arm. The rod contains a progestin that is released into the body over 3 years. Typical use failure rate: 0.1%.

Levonorgestrel intrauterine system (LNG IUD)—The LNG IUD is a small T-shaped device like the Copper T IUD. It is placed inside the uterus by a doctor. It releases a small amount of progestin each day to keep you from getting pregnant. The LNG IUD stays in your uterus for up to 3 to 8 years, depending on the device. Typical use failure rate: 0.1-0.4%.

I suspect most abortions are the end result of not taking birth control pills on time.

Perhaps daily reminder pill boxes are needed that work in conjunction with cell phones.

Pull up your birth control pill app, babe!

Good to go. Let’s rock & roll.

“ The Biden administration has transformed “every agency into Planned Parenthood,” she said, adding that a second Trump administration could reverse President Joe Biden’s radically pro-abortion agency guidelines, she said.”

________

President Trump has to get elected first.

I wonder, how many of these Pro-Life leaders come to Pro-Life President Trump’s defense when the deep state is attacking him?

Anybody recall any of them defending the defender of life? Any of them show any gratitude?

Americans are too far gone to even think about an abortion ban. Might as well try and ban contraception and divorce.

I’m a life long prolifer as were my parents. We worked to return the issue back to States. Reversing RvW, returned the issue back to the States. Pro Life orgs still pump out the same stale msgs from the 70s n 80s. Why? I’m confident it’s because of the 6 figure executive salaries.

Pro Life starts in the home tho controlled by the State. Those of you who push for a fed NO abortion bill will cause this to backfire. The pro aborts stair stepped abortion at will, we need to regulate PP at the State level not Fed

The issue is back in the states, as our Constitution requires. Pro-lifers can now get about the business of changing a culture that encourages abortions. Maybe they can start pressing local school boards to encourage virginity, rather than sleeping around and aborting the consequences. Maybe even making alliances with Muslims on this issue.
