DEI is dying because conservative activists and public interest groups are campaigning hard against it.
One deadly myth harmful to the conservative cause is that once the full weight of the establishment pushes a liberal initiative forward, it is futile to resist it.
Such fatalism is false. Plenty of well-advanced leftist initiatives have suffered crushing defeats. It is enough to recall the doomed Equal Rights Amendment, Roe v. Wade, or Common Core. All found their way to the liberal graveyard of lost causes awaiting reincarnation under other acronyms.
The Fate of DEI
The latest program to suffer the indignity of premature death is DEI. Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) programs require that race, ethnicity, sex, and LGBTQ+ orientation be used as primary criteria to run and staff corporations, universities, and institutions.
These programs were all the rage as little as a year ago. Every corporation, university, or institution had to have its DEI officer or department that would virtue-signal compliance with mandates. Graduates specialized in DEI studies were guaranteed cushy jobs at woke firms.
Those days are now over. DEI and its nasty cousin, ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance mandates), are on their way out. Massive pushback from conservative activists has all but sealed their fate.
Massive Backlash Has Results
The DEI debacle happened because people challenged the fatalist myth that resistance to such programs is futile.
DEI is dying because activists and public interest groups are campaigning hard against it. They have seen how DEI programs, with their obsessions with race, sexual orientation, and other preferences, work to the detriment of good business practices. Critics argue that DEI initiatives weaponized the workplace, creating an atmosphere of distrust and mediocrity.

DEI has meant that the Jon Galts of the world have left. And the DEI people are trying not to notice. Men of any ability have decided that working stupid hours to do the job right is not worth it when all around, right is not valued. These men aren’t going to do the job any other way. So they have retired early. Or they just go off and do something else. Craftsmen of all stripes, used to care about two things. They could work hard, get no credit but they would be promoted and paid enough to raise their families and that was enough for most of them. And then there were those who worked hard as part of a team that worked hard. But that is gone too. So these men are looking elsewhere for life’s satisfaction. Buy an RV or live off the grid. Or down size and retire early. Or work for yourself as a handyman or in a trade.
The quality of everything in America is in the toilet. Boeing is just one example. Our schools are another. People of quality are leaving the DEI world. Its too stupid for words. And quality people will not live in a low quality world.
DEI is not collapsing.
The companies that have gone all in on DEI are collapsing because hiring incompetent, angry chip on their shoulder DEI employees and instituting the insane DEI agenda in you organization is corporate suicide .
We have spent a century trying build institutional corporate competence and we are now trying to destroy all that work by forcing DEI, which is institutionalized corporate incompetence by design, on American business, education and political systems
The fact is that DEI is so toxic in the real world that any organization that adopts it fails in a remarkably short period of time.
DEI came out of the university academic, K-12 public education , political/ government and media segments of our society where in competency and failure is tolerated and often rewarded.
DEI is collapsing because it is like a plague so virulent or a parasite so debilitating that it invariably kills its host in short order

This is the easiest way to work unqualified Marxists into sane systems. Another advantage for the cabal is unqualified people are easy to manipulate - offer them insider stuff that makes them 'look good' and they'll jump through every hoop put in front of them.
While at least half of the American people may oppose DEI, if the Democrats retain power after November’s election, they will double down on imposing DEI on this nation. Those outspoken citizens who remain defiant will be either sent to a reeducation camp or prison.

The entire Democrat Party is in a pickle over it. They must stick with a doddering old senile fool like Biden out of fear that the utterly stupid and incompetent Kamala gets handed the presidency.
Now a President Kamala will still be controlled by the same folks controlling Biden but as she is so inexperienced and childish, she has much more potential to be dangerous.

DEI has taken over the tech industry. They take over the boards of companies and replace the CEO with a Black woman, then all the top people at the companies are replaced with Black women and then, last of all the top salesmen are replaced, but not with Black women. Those jobs still go mostly to men. In the case that I am thinking about, they tried to tack a $100,000 do not compete clause onto the firing for being White. They tried to force him to quit by taking away all his residuals and he just refused to quit, so the do not compete clause is not really enforceable .
I have little doubt this is why the post office has become completely incapable of delivering a letter.
Average IQ will continue to spiral downward as US women continue to breed with double dogit IQ illegals.

There was a detailed article last week. As expected, DEI simply moved underground - and that was because the DEI types still have their jobs.
It’s no different than trying to stop public school teachers from Grooming by outlawing sex-ed - they just work it into other curriculums - why, because they still have their jobs and they know it destroys families. After all, they are teachers. Same for Librarians, although it’s easy to get rid of porn in libraries - get rid of the libraries.
