I remember Ping-Pong Diplomacy during the Nixon era.

They were awesome Ping-pong players.

I can only imagen what they will do with Pickleball!............

I’ve never really understood the prominence of Badminton as a sport in Asia.

I can see it. The game originated in India among British expatriates, and high-level play calls for a great deal of speed, agility, and coordination, not unlike table tennis.

One of my nephews was a nationally ranked badminton player in high school, but lost interest in the game in college. Badminton at that level is a far cry from the backyard amusement that most of us remember from childhood.
