There are a lot of Pittsburgh’s in the nation. I’m assuming PA?
“At least 3 confirmed tornadoes tear through Pittsburgh area, leaving trail of damage”
How could they tell?
Weird, I live close to one of them and it is calm as can be here. Not even a slight breeze.
Free fireworks?
I didn't know that Pittsburg allowed any type of fireworks.
We get all of the major type of fireworks here in Louisiana.
Yeah, tornadoes are always scary, especially if they hit your house or sends a tree into or onto it.
KDKA is in Pittsburgh PA. So, yeah, it’s gotta be in PA.
Tornadoes and the thunderstorms which spawn them can be notoriously localized. I've been 4 or 5 miles away from a tornadic thunderstorm without any sign of it being near.
Yes, Westmoreland County area (East of Pittsburgh) was hit.
I was close to one and indoors at a place surrounded by large, 200 year old trees.
They are now missing some large, large limbs…referred to as “widow makers”.
It was the real deal.
Yeah. The area in question is 90 minutes from Pittsburgh and deep red.
FWIW, we, Westmoreland County, provided more than double the statewide margin to defeat Crooked Hillary in 2016. Better margin in 2020, but not enough to overcome the Philly fraud machine.
I have been in three tornadoes. I can’t say it was fun. Two in Fresno, one in Wichita Falls Texas. The ones in Fresno ripped off some roof panels and flipped over some planes. The one In Wichita Falls. Holy Hell, it seemed like the world was ending.
Not a cloud on AccuWeather’s radar map...
