Excuse me have youever heard of extradition , state of New York, and issue a warrant for his arrest, that would be honored at any state and then there would be an extradition process. Of course, it would be up to the individual state to decide whether they would extradite him or not.

Some months ago Governor DeSantis told Trump that he would not extradite him to NY if he stayed in FL and avoided NY.

Short answer: No
They’re going for the throat here.
He’ll be in court for the sentencing, the judge will remand him into custody immediately, for the optics. They’ll show the court officer taking him by the arm and walking him out, over and over for weeks, on every fake news channel, talk show, and campaign ad.
This is their “gotcha” moment.

Any attempt by Trump to avoid his sentencing for the sham crime he was convicted of in a clown NYC show trial will be seen as cowardly. So he will show up with bells on.

If these lunatics manage to get him put in jail, it will only rally the rest of the country behind him. He'll likely get 40+ states in a November landslide.

Knowing Trump, he will turn this around in his favor.

He should move in with USSC Justice Thomas, and run a basement campaign for President. When or if he wins, he tosses power to his Veep for a weekend, and has him pardon him while he gets a medical tuneup.

Article IV, Section 2 of the U.S. Constitution

“A person charged in any state with treason, felony, or other crime, who shall flee from justice, and be found in another state, shall on demand of the executive authority of the state from which he fled, be delivered up, to be removed to the state having jurisdiction of the crime.”

The constitution actually does require that the states shall extradite fugitive criminals back to the states where they escaped from. So if trump hides anywhere in the USA, he must be extradited back (by the constitution)
Trump could, presumably, run out of the US and hide somewhere from where they will not extradite him. (Maybe Cuba or Russia?), but then that would be definitely an admittance of guilt.

That is also campaigning for a national office. He just can’t sit in his basement. Travel is necessary.
