The news is mostly lies.
The science is mostly lies.
The court cases are fake.
The elections are fake.
The Left chose Truth over Facts, and here we are.
I suspect someone jumped the gun and let the cat out of the bag..The story I suspect is real.
What gets me is Trump brought it up in a Truth Social post when the story first came out and now he’s been silent ever since.
The topic doesn’t have to be ignored forever, merely until the problem can be fixed, either through pressure from law enforcement, the IRS, or, if need be, Arkancide. Just because we aren’t hearing about it doesn’t mean little gnomes aren’t diligently tackling, er.. debunking the problem.
Where’s Trump’s legal team? Why aren’t they addressing the questions you’re asking?
So what?
Thanks for keeping this topic going.
I haven’t heard anything more about it, from either side, have you?
The court system is likely NOT ignoring it, but the court system doesn’t breathlessly announce its every move to the press.
There’s no story to debunk. They had multiple days of deliberation so the idea of them finding him guilty the day before the verdict means nothing. Especially when you remember there’s 34 counts. It’s almost guaranteed that it would take more than 1 to vote on all those. So yeah, they found him guilty on some 1 day, went to bed, and finished the list the next day. That’s just not a story. Without even getting into the “rando sez his cousin...” aspect there’s already nothing there even if he is telling the truth.
As reported on FR:
<><>The NY Supreme Court informed Merchan of the finding,
<><>this wasn’t Merchan ‘fessing up
<><>the NYSC contacted Merchan after verification of the poster/juror connection,
<><>the NYSC had to first verify there was contact between the juror and the poster
<><>Merchan’s revelatory letter went to to NY attorney Blanche & NY Asst DA Steinglass,
<><>Merchan revealed the errant post had gone to the Unified Court System Facebook page.
If there is anything to the story, the defense team will be all over it. Because it is absolute grounds for a mistrial. Not even this judge could ignore it. If they are not, then there is likely nothing there.
This flagrant juror misconduct is only one of several dozen items that should disqualify the entire judgement.
The judge and prosecutor must be removed from office.
Thank you! I was wondering about this this morning.
Your post was well written and well argued.
If the case goes to appeal, EVENTUALLY it will reach SCOTUS, where the corrupt judge will be publicly excoriated for his handling of the case.
If the judge declares a mistrial, his decisions during the trial will not be publicly reviewed or questioned. The lefties will have gotten their talking points for "convicted felon" Trump, and it will all go quietly away.
You realize they had decided President Trump was guilty long before they figured out the crime, right?
If that's the case, then hasn't President Trump debunked this trial over and over and over?

During a criminal trial, all involved, from the judge, the bailiff, all lawyers, and every juror must follow all the rules by the letter, and if not any conviction should be tossed.
Any updates on this?
