I think his use of the word “scapegoat” isn’t really the right word. Trump and his team would have never done that, nor given the Taliban all that mil equipment.

My personal belief is that many, many, many Americans would cut off their own arms and legs, rather than admit to having been wrong -- about ANYTHING. Such people refuse to even admit that they could've made an honest mistake, or been deceived by an especially skillful deceiver.
Only thing is, she’s not the legitimate VP, just as Buy-Dung is not the legitimate President. Yet, all of DC keeps referring to them by those stolen titles.
