Would be wild if this is the catalyst that starts WW3.
Uncle Roger would not approve.
I have both of those in our house due to two teen daughters who love spicy ramen.
“The Danish Veterinary and Food Administration said the products contain an overly high dose of capsaicin, an active ingredient in chile peppers but also a chemical that can be a neurotoxin and a health hazard.”
Wussies. Every chili has capsaicin. And Buldak isn’t even spicy challenge worthy. Up your game Denmark!
This global fear crap needs to be ignored . . . . just don’t buy it if your delicate little tummy is so white.
Seriously, recalling a food because it is “too spicy”? Nanny State douchebags.
Capsaicin can increase the symptoms of allergies. Pepper spray in the face can give you cataracts.
I have never heard that capsaicin can be a "neurotoxin." It has many health benefits including anti-inflammatory qualities that are good for cardiovascular health. Danish cuisine isn't known for being hot and spicy, so most Danes are probably not used to foods rich in capsaicin, but the body can build up a tolerance to it over time.
Apparently selling those “hot” Doritos are verboten in Denmark.
That stuff is for wusses. Try some of this. 16,000,000 scovilles.

That’s ridiculous! They recalled it just because it has too much hot pepper? Send it to me please
"Parents! Are your children engaging in spice abuse?? Do they sweat? Is there a burn ring around their mouths? Do you catch them coming home from Mexican and Indian Grocery store claiming to have been buying candy?? Seek help while you can!"
(Remembered from some humor book on Scandinavian-American culture.)
Wimps. They probably think milk is too spicy too.
