Neither Hamas nor the so-called Palestinians want a state of their own. They are too obsessed with the genocide of the Jews. The Arabs in Gaza have completely different values than we or the Israelis have.
We should react with indifference. It’s none of our business.
For too long the United States has felt the need to be involved in everything, everywhere. Well, it’s not 1945 anymore. We don’t have to be involved in everything, everywhere.
I personally think it’s a mistake for Norway and the rest to recognize a Palestinian state - at least for now. No good can come of it.
But the official US position should be it’s none of our business. It’s between Norway etc., the Palestinians, and Israel.
The three nations together aren’t worth a bucket of spit. Ignore them. e
They can go to hell as far as I’m concerned.

I’d go for that. Wouldn’t making Gaza their own country be an even better option? Israel no longer would have to take care of them like they have for decades. The area of Gaza has not done a single positive thing. Israel has to spend a ton of money on them every year. I say let them go and let the UN pay for their living. Israel would save a ton of money.
Set it up in Europe, seems that’s where most of them are heading.
The “Palestinians” could have formed a state any time they wanted, they did not need permission from anybody. They have had ample opportunity, and have chosen not to follow that option, as it is “too hard”, and left untried. Taking up banditry and equipping raiding parties to make strikes on the prosperous Israeli state has always paid so much better, until things suddenly go south on them, i.e., the Israelis get tired of putting up with their crap. Then they turn into the most whiny bunch of beggars on the planet.
Pedopete will offer congratulations on their inclusiveness?
We should encourage Israel to further develop their defense industry.
But our MIC won't like that.
I say great. Ask them if they would provide the land for the new state.

Norway collaborated with the Nazis via the Quisling regime. Spain expelled all its Jews in 1492 and Franco was a fascist, though they claimed neutrality. Ireland has always hated Jews. They supported the Germans in both world wars to stick it to the British. Nothing “neutral” about any of them.

They don’t get to decide. Palestinians admire Hitler and name shops and stores after him. They name streets after mass murderers. They kill each other more than any so-called Israeli aggression. They dream about killing Jews even more. When was the last time any Europeans chose the West Bank or Gaza for their vacation?
