Corrupt and biased Judge Juan Merchan has so far refused to release the jury instructions to the public after Bragg’s prosecutors and Trump’s attorneys sparred over the order during a conference earlier this week.
Jury instructions can make or break a case for either side.
No doubt Judge Merchan’s jury instructions “will be horrendously poisonous” Mark Levin said earlier this week.
Judge Merchan however sided with Bragg’s prosecutors and ruled the jury does NOT need to unanimously agree on the “predicate” crime Trump committed.
“In other words: If some jurors believe that Trump falsified business documents solely to cover up a tax crime, while others believe that he falsified business documents solely to cover up an election crime, the jury can still convict Trump on the felony-level falsifying-documents charges, despite disagreeing on the predicate crimes.” Politico’s Josh Gerstein wrote.
Alvin Bragg indicted Trump in April 2023 on 34 felony counts related to ‘hush payments’ he made to Stormy Daniels.
Trump was accused of paying porn star Stormy Daniels, AKA, Stephanie Clifford, ‘hush payments’ through his then-attorney Michael Cohen in a scheme to silence her and stop the story about their alleged affair from being published in the National Enquirer.

Such an absurdity. These jurors (except for one of them) are not lawyers. Are they supposed to invent a statute that they think Trump violated?
What we are seeing with the current level of “law fare” is the fruit of unchecked corruption at the highest levels of our state and national governments. Proof positive that the horrendous corruption to our south has not stopped at our Southern border, but has spread like a virus throughout our nation. It will take strong medicine to cure what is a potentially fatal condition.
Merchans biggest worry is not that he will be overturned,that's a given. It's that he too will be disbarred and possibly do jail time given a fair and balanced jury. One can only guess how much he and his kid were paid to subvert justice. We may never know since the obama criminal gang are experts at paying off other criminals.
I hope Trump is keeping a list and when elected he goes after all of them. I am not for abusing the legal system the way they have but he should defund every damn one of them. All levels of government are subsidized by the feds with grant money and time to cut them off.

Petition by writ of certiorari, writ of mandamus and a writ of habeas corpus if necessary to release Trump from custody.
This plot is not just about convicting Trump, it is a plot to jail him and murder him in jail.
These SCOTUS processes could be brought by emergency petition on a constitutional basis of due process, and civil rights violations.The request should be for a new trial.
Unbelievable how an out of control banana republic judge can get away with twisting the judicial system. There should be a way that an appeal court or the Supreme Court can step in immediately to stop an obvious injustice.

Our legal system has become a farce. You don’t have a system when decisions are made on a capricious and vindictive basis rather than on a set of consistent rules.
As a country we may not meet every criteria of a banana republic, but we are getting uncomfortably close to being one. At best we are a kleptocracy. Presently we are a republic in name only.

People have lost faith in the system. Our national decline and dysfunction are strikingly parallel to that of Rome. Just saying.
The way to stop this is for conservative areas to start lawfare prosecutions against national elected Democrats. Launch RICO cases, child molestation, human trafficking, bribery, money laundering, etc etc.
They all hit Conservative areas in campaigns. AOC went down to the border. Biden has made stops in Texas.
We need to start doing it in earnest. DeSantis is probably the one most likely to do so. He should.
Just wow. Disgusting. Can’t call defense witnesses. Can’t exhibit defense material. Eliminate attorney client privilege. Eliminate 1st 4th, 5th, 6th, and 7th amendment protections for the trial. No need to define any crime. Heck, Why doesn’t the judge just declare a verdict is not necessary as he is obviously guilty of something and the court only needs to immediately sentence him to life in prison for each “felony.”
