
I guess the little critter was lucky to be born in California, in West Virginia the little thing would be part of a stew or roadkill,

My female bully mix (yeah, she’s a vicious killer, never get one 🙄) keeps bringing me possums through the dog door. My wife is not thrilled. I take them out front and release them.

This is the year of the possum.
I found a baby one blown out of a tree and have been giving it food. Then a second one showed up. Then a third.
Then there were to enormous adults corking on the top of the garden wall the other night.
They do eat a lot of roof rats so it’s good to keep them around.
