I don't recall healthcare workers here in our part of Central Texas being required to take the COVID-19 vaccine. Masks, yes. Hand sanitizer, yes.

To my knowledge at least Kaiser wasn’t tyrannical enough to sue the people they fired so they couldn’t work anywhere else.
My wife and I are patients with Kaiser for many years. Our care before the Covid B$ was excellent.
This Covid B$ has hurt many patients re difficulty in getting needed surgery and other skilled medical interventions due to not enough Doctors and RNs before and after the Covid B$..

KP doesn’t say anything about how their policy will be determined in the future. They could hire you tomorrow and fire you the day after that.
KP kept this policy for a long period of time after a large number of health professionals whose opinions they valued then and now strongly disagreed with it.
Lot of doctor’s went to concierge practice. You’d be amazed at how many people can write a $20k check for private care. Friend who’s a doctor said it allows doctors to focus on individual care because your caseload is down while cutting overhead by not dealing with half the paperwork.
