Ann Coulter: Long COVID 'Total B.S.' Made Up by 'Neurotic Liberal Women (She is SO WRONG!)
PJ Media ^ | 5/20/2024 | PAULA BOLYARD

Ann Coulter has always been a bomb-thrower. She traffics in saying outrageous things and then sits back and watches the fallout. Whether she believes half the stuff she says is anyone's guess. On a recent episode of her "Unsafe" podcast with Scott Adams, she compared long-haul COVID to UFOs and blamed New York liberals for making it up.

Postural Orthostatic Tachycardia Syndrome. It also causes dysfunction of the Autonomic Nervous System.

We are going to have to “agree to disagree” on this. You have your opinion, I got have mine.

Oddly, I had Covid twice and never experienced fatigue or a need for rest. I did experience Myocarditis but it went away rather quickly. Your symptoms sound like classic CFS or Chronic Lyme or Fibromyalgia, not Covid. The medical world is content to let you live like that especially if you are like me and on government health care. I’d be marching myself in and asking for a stress test.

My friends got back to me on the loss of smell. They just had to wait it out with no cure available except time. Took several months until one day they were able to smell again.

Maybe try the McCullough protocol of nattokinase, curcumin, & bromelain. It might work, and you won’t hurt yourself with that stuff.

sure. we’ll probably have to have some back and forth but here goes.

so focusing on persistent inflamatory/allergeic symptoms with no virus or pneumonia and in addition to other posts here:

symptoms of shortness of breath/insomnia/tinitus/allergic-inflamatory reactions/spikes in blood pressure/persistent cough/flushing. (weird reactions to foods like jerky of all things) months after clearing the virus.

anyway, naps, going on long walks and focusing on very deep breathing helped.

naps when i was so tired i could sleep. lots prayer and meditation if up during the night. naps early in the morning in full sun. eat less of things that cause reactions.

OTC stuff:

Gut is very important! the spike kills good microbiome

probiotics for spike detox!

from med express:

‘Eighty one bacterial species were associated with different categories of long COVID and many species were associated with more than two categories of persistent symptoms.

For example, at 6 months, persistent respiratory symptoms were strongly associated with several opportunistic ‘unfriendly’ microbes, including Streptococcus anginosus, Streptococcus vestibularis, Streptococcus gordonii and Clostridium disporicum.

And several species known to boost immunity, including Bifidobacterium pseudocatenulatum, F. prausnitzii, R. inulinivorans and Roseburia hominis, were depleted in those with long COVID at 6 months.’

i sometimes use pepto, baking soda, food iodine in apple cider vinegar, Pepcid.

supplements like: schizandra, tumeric/cumin/black pepper/magnesium

for allergic reactions:

antihistamines like Zirtec really helped me (half or whole pill daily),

for clotting or pain:

baby asprin, naproxin (i stay far away from the ibuprophens and advils).

also for spike detox & prophylaxis:

at night with shortness of breath IVM w/fatty meal or avocado (for prophylaxis 20-40 mg at 48 interval/once or twice a week or as needed).

lots of water/healthy juices/coffee/black or green tea

melatonin (up to 5 mg before sleep)

Vit C (at least 2000mg/day)

Vit D 10,000 iu daily alternating Vit K2/K7/nattokinase (i’m one of those who can use a lot of Vit D with out side effect. get lots of sun too.

30mg dose of zinc (30 mg) on an empty stomach with 4000/6000 mg Vit C if sensing any infection coming on (per Zelenko, Pauling).

L-Lysine/NAC/Glutathion (600 as needed and K2 to help with sleep.

also:

green tea with lots of lemon,

ECGC extract

querticin (not with IVM) nattinokinase (per mccollough since he’s knowledgable and i know natto is a great cardio health food from japan)

anyway that’s a start. hope that helps you a little. may God bless you and help you with this condition. most of all may He give you His peace.

That’s if you can get it. Since doctors in my area of Indiana still follow the government directives concerning Covid, they won’t even consider giving anyone Ivermectin, even if Covid is diagnosed.

It took a long time, and I still have moments. At one point I felt like a pipe was lodged in my head... and that was probably due to the inflammation of the brain. That cleared up, but the anxiety and depression continued. I tried meditation, which helped, and slowly tried to reset my nervous system. I tried fasting too and that helped. You want to purge the body of the spike protein. They have found the spike protein still in the body after 16 months in some people. So if you can get rid of it, that’s great. I think it is a slow process and I have found myself getting better but slowly. There is also Bromelain and NAC which was suggested to help reduce the effects of Long Covid. Most of the stuff I found on Youtube. All the best to you!

Thank you for your kind words.

It was a little over two years ago that I caught Covid, then about nineteen months since the Long Covid took hold.

It's still a battle, though I think I'm better than when it first hit me. When that happened, I was lucky if I could remain awake for more than 8-9 hours a day. Of course the sleep meds had a lot to do with that, that's why finally getting off those drugs, while at the same time getting the insomnia under control is so important. If I can rest and fall asleep naturally, it is hoped that will be a major hurdle overcome. But I have a couple of months for my body to sort out the new nightly routine to determine if I've finally beat it. Baby steps, baby steps.

Sorry you are still so badly affected by it. I am 4 years out now.

Basically I had to learn to read again, because I would forget what I was reading by the time I got to the bottom of the page. Perivascular microhemorrhages in the brain.

I work in ICU care and many people with severe viral infections will have some degree of meningoencephalitis (just means inflammation of brain and meninges).

Likewise people who are ill with bacterial sepsis may get a similar clinical picture.

The syndrome is so common that it is called SABD (sepsis induced brain dysfunction) or SAE (sepsis induced encephalopathy). Most family members of patients who are seriously ill in the ICU know that people often don't come out of the ICU the way they went in, and it can be permanent.

The fact that this virus was remanufactured to make it more contagious and deadly is a huge injustice which must be addressed.

The reason why many think it is bogus is because many people have no such brain involvement. Many have no involvement of heart or lungs, but some get sick enough to die.

As you might expect, most people recover, but many do not. So your story rings true to me. I feel sorry for you but don't get discouraged because the healing occurs over years. I am almost 100 percent now; hope you will be too soon.
