" That, and the quality of the meat," Rivera MartĂnez told the AP, adding that "Coke" is the perfect pairing to his Michelin meals."

I just go for the coke. They really know how to process the gluten free free trade sustainable coca leaves.

I think they still make totally excellent tires.

Not a simple thing to do.

Michelin put out a travel guide to promote their tires when
ordinary folks started buying cars in the 20’s and 30’s. It was a promotion that gave a reason to travel by car, when that was new and no-one really had done it before. “Go to such and such town, try out so and so’s roast beef.” It started the “road trip” phenom and evolved from there to what we see today.

A Coke to wash this down seems sacrilegious.

Do they have a tequila agave option?

Why do I think Michelin is about as honest as our elections.

Tortillas made from lye-bleached corn meal, salt, lime, and four choices of feral cat. Yum!

Down it with a cup of tap water. You’ll get to see that meal again. No charge.

Why is “Coke” in quotes? Does that word have more than one meaning?

I am a polymath not a specialist, but I appreciate them and their ability to excel and do what boils down to K.I.S.S.

I’ll bet they’re pretty good.

But not worthy of my bucket list.

How about a good Mexican beer...for those of us who can’t/won’t ever drink tequila again.

The taco stand, located in the San Rafael neighborhood, only serves four tacos, but those four tacos, Michelin explained, are done to absolute perfection.

First, it's a tiny place where only about 10 people can fit inside at once, so you may have to wait outside, which people seem to happily do as they chow down on their orders.

Wow.

After they sell all four tacos, do the other six people just hang around until the next day when they have four more tacos ready?

These are indeed truly dedicated customers!

Michelin’s motivation to begin the rating system was people weren’t driving enough so they didn’t need to buy new tires. Michelin started to review restaurants in the countryside to get people to drive more in order to try the restaurants and wear out the tires.
